Fast screen changer

Single board, double board, single column, double column net changer, hydraulic net changer is fast, easy to produce and maintain.

Fast screen changer time is less than 2 seconds, and filter area is chosen from 30 mm to 250mm.

Under the conditions of pressure 25-30 MPa and temperature 300 C, the service performance is not affected.

Almost all polymers can use mesh screen changers, such as pc, pmma, pet, ps, pu, pp, pe, eva, abs, etc.

Purpose:

Applicable to high transparency, high viscosity, crackability, high molecular weight plastic filter device characteristics: modular leak-proof sleeve, self-assembly wear steel sleeve, no further processing. The runner does not retain plastic, and the residence time is short. The on-site leak-proof adjustment can be made for the expansion coefficient of metal due to the processing temperature. The time of changing net between oil pressure start hole and hole is about 0.01 seconds, and the production is not interrupted. The steel mould of the filter hole can be removed separately to ensure that the plastic in the retention hole is cleaned, and the clean steel mould of the filter hole can be replaced quickly to ensure that the plastic behind the filter screen is clean. With preheating device, the cooling flow of plastics is not slowed down when the net is changed.
