1、 Core Definition and Working Principle
Equipment positioning: A continuous filtration device designed specifically for polymer extrusion processes such as plastics, rubber, and synthetic fibers. Its core function is to quickly switch the filter screen without stopping the machine, intercept impurities in the melt, and ensure production continuity.
Dual station alternating mechanism: During normal production, one set of filter screens filters impurities inside the flow channel, while the other set is preheated outside the flow channel for backup. When the pressure difference reaches the threshold of 0.5-3MPa, the hydraulic system automatically starts switching.
Quick screen changing feature: The entire screen changing process only takes 0.6-3 seconds, with pressure fluctuations controlled within ± 0.15MPa, and the material flow is basically not interrupted, greatly reducing downtime losses.
