Manual Quick-Change Screen Changer Structure: The manual screen changer consists of basic components such as the inlet plate, outlet plate, slide plate, perforated plate, positioning shaft, and lever. The slide plate features two filter channels, each fitted with a perforated filter plate (screen plate). Under the action of the lever, the two perforated plates can alternately move into the working position and the screen-changing position.
The manual screen changer features two channels on the movable slide plate for the flow of polymer medium. Through a manual switching mechanism (lever), the two working positions alternate between active and standby states. The polymer medium is filtered through the screen to clean the medium and produce high-quality products. The screen changer is installed between the extruder and the die.
