Column type hydraulic screen changer
Column type screen changer is a core filtration equipment suitable for continuous extrusion production of polymer materials, with different application scenarios focusing on different subdivision types:
1、 Single column type screen changer scene
This type of equipment has a compact structure, high cost-effectiveness, and is suitable for conventional production lines with moderate tolerance for pressure fluctuations. It can be used in scenarios such as plastic granulation, pipe extrusion, ordinary blown film, and sheet processing, as well as for the production of ordinary plastic products such as corrugated pipes and profiles. It is widely used in conventional thermoplastic processing lines with small and medium-sized production capacity.
2、 Double column type screen changer scene
Its screen changing process has almost uninterrupted material flow and minimal pressure fluctuations, making it suitable for scenarios with high production continuity requirements, such as the production of thin films, cast films, non-woven fabrics of PE/PP/PET and other materials. It can also be used for high-yield plastic recycling granulation, chemical fiber spinning, PA and other engineering plastic processing, especially for high polluting raw materials and high-capacity continuous production lines.

3、 Scene of large filter cartridge/multi station column screen changer
This type of equipment has a large filtration area and almost negligible fluctuations in screen changing flow. It is specifically designed for high-end scenarios such as PET bottle recycling granulation, high transparency EVA photovoltaic film, and precision medical packaging materials that require extremely high filtration accuracy and production stability. It can meet the demanding production needs of high capacity and low loss.

4、 Universal coverage scenarios
The entire series of column screen changers can be adapted to scenarios such as chemical fiber and rubber product extrusion, high viscosity hot melt adhesive processing, etc. They can operate stably at high temperatures of 300-400 ℃ and high pressures of 40-50MPa, and can be used in conjunction with various single screw and twin-screw extruders.
